I heard Ray play with Cub Coda once in a small bar north of Detroit. There were only five people in the bar, somehow the seven piece band that they had put together decide - fuck it - we're here - we're gonna play some fucking rock and roll music! It was the best show I've ever heard in my life.
I think the bar was the Backseat in Kego Harbor MI.
